Founded on the belief that all patients should be cared for as our own loved ones would be, Superior Nursing Care began its mission to deliver the best home healthcare care in 2008. Since then, Superior Nursing Care has worked closely with family members, physicians, hospitals and other members of the medical team to develop the home care plan that will best meet the needs of the patient.
The team at Superior Nursing Care offers a variety of skilled nursing services including wound care services, cardiac skilled services and more. Together with your family and the medical staff, we will work together towards one common goal; superior care for you and your loved ones!

Nora is a true veteran in the field of nursing, having immersed her entire career in this field for over 33 yrs. Ms. Palacios is the Director of Nursing for Superior Nursing Care.
Ms. Santiago has a wide range of experience spanning 20 years working in an operating room, nursing home, medical office, and as a school nurse,. She just completed six years in QA.
Ms. Rosie Cortez has been a LVN nurse for 10 years. She was previously at St Luke’s Baptist Hospital in San Antonio in telemetry. She has been in the home health field for over six years now.
Ms. Garcia has been an LVN for 9 years. She has a vast knowledge of patient care that she has acquired in her 9 years as a field nurse. She is currently serving as a quality assurance nurse.
Sara San Roman graduated from TAMIU. She has served as a emergency room nurse, a field nurse, care manager, with ADON/DON positions as well. As a home health nurse, she is well versed in all areas of patient care.
Ms. Ceniceros has been a registered nurse for 7 years specializing in geriatric based care. She is exceptionally proficient in all aspects of patient care including IV management, wound care, and skilled nursing care.
Laura Yvette has 5 years experience in acute care nursing. She is ACLS, STAABLE, and AWHONN certified with extensive training in all aspects of patient care, assessment and observation of all body systems.
